Corrugated Profiles & Structural Performance
We manufacture burger boxes in E Flute and F Flute options, selected according to the desired performance and packing volume:
- E Flute (approx. 1.4 – 1.6 mm)
Provides a balanced combination of durability and lightweight structure. Suitable for standard restaurant operations and everyday service. - F Flute (approx. 1.1 – 1.2 mm)
Features a thinner structure that ensures space efficiency in storage and transportation while maintaining stability during handling. Ideal for high-volume take-away and delivery chains.
To ensure protection during transportation, all burger boxes are shipped inside master outer cartons, preserving the packaging’s original form and preventing damage from pressure, humidity or stacking.
